what are good resources for student interior designers seeking work in the field.?

I've notices in my recent search for summer jobs, that I've had no luck with the most popular job search engines in finding a job in the Interior Design field. Most of the sites are seeking senior Interior designers and or someone with 2-5 years of experience. The problem is finding someone to work with hands on or closely with inorder to gain the experience.
